The Beauty of Sorsogon Part 3: Rizal Beach, Gubat, Sorsogon

In my previous blogs, I’ve mentioned going to Subic Beach and Mt. Bulusan. In this particular blog, I will be talking about Rizal Beach in Gubat, Sorsogon. This is the third magical place that we went to in Sorsogon. This is another beach in the area. Well, you could say just another beach in tow but well if you don’t have a budget to hire a boat to go to an island for Subic Beach then this is the option for you.

At the front desk, they have a map of Bicol. The map features all of the nice places around Bicolandia. It would be quite nice for a tourist to look at and check out which place to go next. Anyway, the entrance fee to the beach is around Php 25 and the cottage/table is around Php 300.

Rizal Beach has a charm of its own; the beach has a wide stretch of white sand. The shore has small little critters along the sand. I thought at first that these were small spiders crawling onshore. I really got excited when I saw that these were small crabs.

The view of the place is very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend it for family picnics. Here are some photos of the beach.
